Mr. Sangare is a professional with 15 years of experience working on development projects in West Africa including coordinated and provided technical and organizational support for several public administration, CVE, Education, Economic Growth, health, Youth Empowerment and Governance projects and reviews, including several USAID funded projects such as GLEE, HCH, and PSR. He is the incoming Executive Director with the Center for the Promotion of Human Rights and Development in Africa (CPHDA), a parent company of C-Analytics, responsible for advising the CPHDA on strategies and responses in CVE, governance, Monitoring and Evaluation and human rights programming. Mr. SANGARE led monitoring, evaluation, and learning to ensure lessons were documented and shared, new tools and approaches piloted, and activities continually adapted to M&E findings. He is a strong manager and coordinator of activities and staff. Mr. Sangare speaks fluent French, is proficient in Malinke and English.
