This mixed-method assessment examined barriers and opportunities related to girls’ education and empowerment. The study explored school access, retention, community perceptions, and safety considerations for girls aged 10–18.
Data collection included focus groups, interviews, and surveys conducted across 29 villages and 28 schools. A total of 896 participants took part, generating evidence to inform gender-sensitive education programming.
