Qualitative and quantitative data collection conducted in Benin, Ghana, and Togo for the OTI Littoral Regional Initiative.
The assignment included the recruitment and training of enumerators, supervisors, and project managers, followed by the deployment of field teams across the evaluation countries.

Field plans were developed for each country’s regions of interest, and data collection was carried out using EnCompass-provided guiding materials. The team conducted qualitative and quantitative research, including focus group discussions and interviews, and delivered full transcripts in French and/or English. A fully cleaned survey dataset was also provided.
