The project involved extensive desk research, consultations with international and national stakeholders, and field visits in vulnerable regions including Tillaberi, Zinder, Agadez, Kano, and Adamawa.

CPHDA conducted 24 Localized Dialogue Sessions involving 516 participants, enabling communities to identify and analyze context-specific drivers of radicalization. The findings were synthesized into a comprehensive report addressing socio-political and economic factors influencing violent extremism in Niger and Nigeria.
