This end-of-project evaluation assessed the performance of SCMS interventions in Côte d’Ivoire. The evaluation examined whether the project achieved its intended results and identified critical evidence gaps related to supply chain strengthening.

Findings informed the Government of Côte d’Ivoire’s National Health Plan (2016–2020) and future program design for supply chain management. The evaluation also documented key contributions of the United States Government to supply chain systems in Côte d’Ivoire and targeted a wide range of stakeholders, including USAID, the Ministry of Health, PEPFAR, the Global Fund, and other donors.
